1. Introduction

Welcome to Hyderabad Drivers Booking. By accessing our website and using our driver services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a service.

2. Booking & Cancellations

• Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance for guaranteed service.
• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unavailability of drivers or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you as early as possible.

3. Driver Responsibilities & User Conduct

• Our drivers are verified professionals. However, customers are requested to treat drivers with respect.
• Any abusive behavior, harassment, or misconduct towards the driver will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
• Drivers will follow traffic rules strictly. Customers should not force drivers to break traffic laws (e.g., speeding, jumping signals).

4. Liability & Insurance

While we take utmost care in hiring experienced drivers:

• Vehicle Insurance: The customer must ensure their vehicle has valid insurance papers. Hyderabad Drivers Booking is not liable for damages caused due to accidents unless proven to be due to the driver's gross negligence, subject to our liability cap.
• Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Drivers are not responsible for any loss of items left in the vehicle.
• Mechanical Faults: We are not responsible for any mechanical failure of the customer's vehicle during the trip.

5. Payments

• Payments should be made directly to the company or the driver as per the agreed mode (Cash/UPI) upon completion of the service.
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time exceeding the booked duration or for night charges (usually between 10 PM and 6 AM).
• Toll taxes, parking fees, and state entry taxes (for outstation trips) are to be paid by the customer.
