1. Cancellation Window
Free Cancellation
You can cancel your booking without any charge if the request is made at least 2 hours before the confirmed scheduled pickup time.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled booking time are not allowed and may attract full charges. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made during this period.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please follow these steps:
- Call our support team immediately at +91 93468 87848.
- Send a WhatsApp message with your Booking ID and reason for cancellation.
- Cancellations requested via email may take longer to process and might miss the 2-hour window. We strictly recommend calling for urgent cancellations.
3. Refund Policy
If you are eligible for a refund (cancellation made 2+ hours prior), the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For cash bookings where no advance was paid, no charges will be levied.
4. Driver No-Show
In the rare event that our driver does not arrive at the scheduled time, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance paid, or we will arrange a replacement driver immediately at no extra cost.
